What happens on a first call?
Fifteen minutes, no deck. You describe the workflow or the ambition, we ask a handful of questions, and we tell you honestly whether AI is worth applying to it — and roughly what it would take. If the answer is no, that is a useful outcome too.
We do not know where AI fits yet. Is it too early to talk?
No — that is what AI Enablement & Optimization exists for. Most companies arrive already using AI in scattered ways, with no clear view of what is working. Turning that into better ways of working is the job.
Do we need an in-house AI or engineering team?
No. We handle the build, the integration and the rollout. What we need from you is access to the relevant people and systems, and someone on your side who owns the process being changed.
How long does a project take?
A discovery engagement runs one to three weeks depending on scope. A first system is typically in real use within four to eight weeks after that, depending on how many systems it has to touch. We ship in stages so progress is visible early.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. We work inside your infrastructure or in an isolated environment, your data is not used to train public models, and access follows the rules you already enforce. Where a workload cannot leave a boundary, we route that path to a privately hosted model.
