This page describes how Clarus handles information collected through this website and through client engagements.

What we collect

If you contact us through the form on this site or book a call, we collect the details you provide: your name, business email, company and the message you send. Booking is handled by Cal.com, which processes the scheduling details required to arrange the meeting.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and follow up on conversations. We do not sell contact information and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Client data

Data handled during an engagement belongs to the client. It is processed under the terms of the relevant agreement, inside infrastructure the client approves, and is not used to train publicly available models. Access controls follow those the client already enforces.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is relevant to an ongoing or prospective engagement and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write tohello@theclarus.co and we will respond.
